The Fruit Club

With the recent posting of my healthier banana split recipe, I thought I would share one of my favorite local groups that provided the strawberries for the recipe and the class I taught at my daughter’s daycare. The Fruit Club is a local business that provides “high quality, fresh fruit at a reasonable price”. They offer a different fruit every month throughout the year and have convenient local pick-ups in town. Personally, we purchase the largest option of fruit available and will freeze majority for smoothies.

It is easy to reserve fruit and they offer text and call reminders so that you do not forget pick-up! They even have certain products that they can ship to you such as nuts and jams. Although there are many great local organizations that offer fresh produce, The Fruit Club is a family favorite of ours. If your town is on their truck delivery, you MUST give The Fruit Club a try!

Per their website, here is the 2017 fruit schedule:

And…no. I am not sponsored by The Fruit Club in any capacity. Just the mother of a daughter that is fruit-a-holic.
