Pineapple-Mango Green Smoothie

I am a little behind with posting this one.  April’s fruit of the month from The Fruit Club was PINEAPPLE!  If you are looking for a tasty smoothie to ease your way into the world of green smoothies, this is a good place to start!


Serves 1-2

All you need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • handful of spinach
  • water

All you do:

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Tip!  If you do not have an industrial or a “good” blender, I suggest you first blend the water and spinach to really hide your greens

And that’s it!  Your kids are sure to love this green smoothie.

TIP FOR MOMS ONLY: replace water with rum on a hot summer day…or the I-need-a-drink-day.
