I wish I could say that these ingredients were from MY garden…however, I do not have a green thumb. Luckily my parents do! When they gave us a small harvest of basil, tomatoes, and green onion, I knew exactly what I was going to make. Easy to make and tastes great with my homemade pesto.
All you need:
- 4 roma tomatoes, quartered
- 5-6 basil leaves
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
All you do:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until you get your desired consistency!
Serve over pasta, gnocchi, or your favorite protein!
