Such a fun twist on pizza night! We consider ourselves pizza-connoisseurs at our house so we never past up a new recipe. These were a HIT! Hope you enjoy them.

All you do:
- 1 large chicken breast, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 sliced yellow onion
- 4 whole grain pitas
- Garlic hummus
- 1-2 roma tomatoes, cubed
- Handful of spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
All you do:
- In a skillet over medium-low heat, add chicken and olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, cumin, and turmeric powder. Cook seasoned chicken until internal temp reaches 165F.
- Preheat oven to broil. Place pitas on a baking sheet and broil for about 1 minute to toast.
- Spread a heaping spoonful of garlic hummus evenly on each pita. Top with chicken, diced tomatoes, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese.
- Broil for about 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted. Enjoy!
